Services and schedules

Here you creates and manage your traffic. You can manage access routes, stops, contractors, bus capacity, information, etc. right down to each individual stage of the route.



Bookings

The customer selects single or return journey and the desired ticket type. Subsequently he elects departure, destination, time and desired number of tickets for the tour respectively the return journey. Depending on the payment methods the reservation continues until a confirmation with a unique reservation number. Name and phone number is required at booking. E-mail address is compulsory for all bookings in addition to cash tickets.

All reservations can be read by the customer at your website through their reservation number. Customers who enters their email address also receive a mail-confirmation.

As an administrator you will receive booking listings, search functions on the reservations, booking and passenger lists, status of payments, check-price functionality, comment functionality, etc.



Tickets and pricing

You can build pricinf lists of all necessary needs e.g. weekend pricing, promotional pricing, holiday pricing etc.
The system has also an engine for dynamic pricing. You price even partial routes, if desired.
Several settings are available to make e.g. pricing for cash paid tickets.

Statistics

CavExpress has an extensive statistical module.
Here you can get statistics on passengers, stops, sales and revenue, ticket types, retailers, etc. in many different forms.



Retailers

Retailers have their own pages where they sign in. The retailers can book, manage reservations, use the search tools, see their own statistics, etc.
You decide what rights your retailers shall enjoy.

Contractors

Your potential contractors may obtain the rights to access their passenger lists, etc
You define who´s driving what both when it comes to main services and feeder services.
You decide what rights your contractors shall enjoy.



User management

The system is built so you can customize the categories of users you want, and what rights they should receive.
You will obtain a basic proposal for the construction of the rights of six categories.
